Freeze Dried Charleston Chews are exactly like the name implies - Charleston Chews that's been freeze dried. The process involves freezing the candy and then removing all of the water and moisture from the candy, leaving only pure sugar crystals behind. This changes the candies texture without changing the flavor.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right. We offer refunds or exchanges for damaged or defective products. Please provide pictures of the issue so we can properly assess the situation. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

At K & M Sweets, we want to make sure that you receive your freeze-dried candy in perfect condition. That's why we take great care in packaging and shipping your order with in 1 to 2 days. Orders generally arrive withing 3 to 5 business days depending on location. Rest assured that your candy will arrive fresh and delicious. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00
Fragile Items
We're classifying fragile items as breakable items and/or items that need special packaging for shipping. These items need multiple layers of packaging, have specific carrier specifications to follow, and honestly, they just require a little extra love to survive their journey in transit.
Though we take great care in packaging our fragile products, we have no control over the way mail carriers handle the items. This being said, if you recieve candy that has been damaged in shipping with no damage to the shipping container, you will need to contact your local mail carrier and file a complaint with them. We are unable to give refunds or replacements to everyone with a heavy handed mail carrier. As said above we will take great care in packing each order and do our best to try and protect the contents with some type of padding.
